Andy Tannen
Senior Vice President –Director of Strategy and Development, MS&L Global Corporate, New York

Andy Tannen is senior vice president and director of strategy and development of MS&L New York.  He is responsible for developing thought leadership, managing top corporate clients, developing new reputation tools and business development.

A specialist in corporate positioning, Tannen has worked with the CEOs of companies ranging from AlliedSignal to IBM Global Services to Roche, AstraZeneca and Philips Electronics.  He counseled IBM’s media relations staff when the company first entered the services business, and has been a communications strategist helping Roche and Philips Electronics with their transformation programs in the U.S. 

Prior to joining MS&L, Tannen was a vice president in Hill and Knowlton’s corporate division and helped introduce Prodigy, the predecessor online service to AOL.  Before joining H&K, he managed Ruder Finn’s Japan Technology practice.

Tannen earned a BFA degree in television writing from New York University.
