Laura Muchnik
President, Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asociados/MS&L
For the past 19 years, Laura Muchnik has worked as a counselor in communications and public relations for economic groups and national, regional and multinational entities. She fostered the creation of the Grupo Brasil, in which two hundred Brazilian companies have participated, and created the first Independent PR Entities Network in Latin America. She has attended numerous training courses on Corporate Communications, Management, Marketing, and Mercosur.
Mucknik started her own company in 1988, and later she founded Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asociados which in 2000 became a partner of MS&L. Today, she is president of Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asociados/MS&L.
She is a graduate of Buenos Aires University with a degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Public Opinion and Advertising. She is member of IPRA (International Public Relations Association), the Consultive Council of the CIPPEC (Center for the Implementation of Public Policy for Equality and Growth), and the International Women's Forum - Argentina Chapter. She has been honored with the Jerry Goldenberg award multiple times.
Muchnik was born in Buenos Aires in 1968 and is married with two children.
