Heather Hall
Senior Vice President, Hass MS&L Detroit
Heather Hall is a Senior Vice President experienced in strategic counsel and planning, integrated marketing and communications programs, media relations and special events. She currently is responsible for co-managing the Detroit-based General Motors account and the agency’s marketing clients. Hall specializes in handling large, highly strategic campaigns with complex budgets that cross regions, offices or business categories.
Previously, Hall worked onsite at General Motors Hummer division and Truck Group Communications managing Hummer issues ranging from product launches to brand-building to crisis and reputation management. Prior to her experience with Hummer, she worked with GM’s Health Care Initiatives group. She has led several award-winning consumer initiatives, including the launch of the H2 and a health care initiative that created the world’s largest corporate-sponsored wellness program, UAW-GM LifeSteps.
Prior to joining the agency 1998, Hall worked for other Detroit-based agencies on accounts such as J.D. Power and Associates, The U.S. Mint, The Eckerd Drug Co., Morris Animal Foundation and The Detroit Zoo.
Hall has a Master’s degree in public relations from Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Western Michigan University.
