Per Høiby is a senior consultant, CEO and member of the management group at JKL Oslo. He has extensive consultancy experience with media strategy and crisis management at The Norwegian Armed Forces. Høiby studied management, economics and logistics at the Royal Naval Academy. He has also studied strategy and operation at The Norwegian Defence Staff College.
