When Cingular announced its intent to merge with AT&T Wireless to form the country’s largest wireless company, MS&L was hired to plan and execute communications for its 80,000 employees. Based on a strategic internal communications plan developed by MS&L, an integrated, multimedia campaign was implemented featuring ongoing print and electronic communications, video, manager communications, and market-level, call center and retail store events.
