Marketplace Positioning and Customer Engagement Strategy

When SunTrust Private Wealth Management planned to launch its Medical and Legal Specialty Groups, they faced the challenge of differentiating their offering in a very competitive marketplace.  MS&L partnered with SunTrust to identify the value propositions of the Medical and Legal Specialty Groups and create a unique identity.  A core team worked to develop the master communications strategy and solid positioning strategy. 

Once the approach and key messages were identified, a vibrant creative and design strategy was applied to communications including leader cards, Client Advisor Toolkits, brochures, micro sites and print ads.  A launch event engaged Client Advisors and provided them with the sales tools they needed to go to market with a unified voice.
