Citigroup/Home Depot Credit Services asked MS&L to help them
make its associate newsletter better, different – outstanding! HDCS
wanted a tool to better engage associates in the business goals and
strategies, innovations and new ways of enhancing the client
experience.
MS&L developed a new creative and design strategy for the
publication and changed the format to a four-color magazine that was
vibrant, full of colorful photography and included bite-sized articles.
The content of the magazine changed as well to focus on associates and
their contributions to HDCS's success. The Toolbox has consistently
been lauded by HDCS leadership and associates, and is released
quarterly as the common communications tool for call centers across the
U.S. and Canada.
